Q: Could you make customized products based on our drawings?
A: Yes, we specialize in making customized sheet metal products according to clients’ drawings. Besides, we have an experienced engineer team, and usually work with Solidwork, AutoCad,  ProEngineer softwares.

Q: Can you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?
A: Yes. We always keep our customers’ product details and designs confidential. We are glad to sign NDA agreement. Customers’ trust is very important to us.

Q: What is your MOQ? Do you make prototypes?
A: Usually we don’t set MOQ, but the more, the cheaper. Besides, we are happy to make prototypes before mass production.

Q: How much for sample? Is it refundable?
A: Usually sample fee is three times of batch unit price and it will be returned during mass production.

Q: How to ensure the quality of the products?
We can provide quality reports, pictures and/or videos of the production status as per your requests. If you contract a third-party inspector, we will also be glad to cooperate.

Q: How long is your turnover time?
A: It depends on the quantity and difficulty of products. Usually our turnover time is 30 days.

Q: Could you help us with warehousing?
A: Sure, we have plenty of space in our factory and we are glad to make full use of it by warehousing products for customers.

Q: Could you deliver cargo to door?
A: Yes, we have several regular forwarders to handle shipment for us.
