We process stainless steel metal items in 4 main ways – laser cutting, metal forming, welding, and surface treatments. Our laser cutting services manufacture top-of-the-line parts with short lead times. Our state-of-the-art machines move the laser instead of the part, which results in quicker cuts, superior edge quality, and a production flow that produces more parts than higher wattage machines.
We also fabricate metal using our press brake forming equipment. We offer extensive welding services ready to meet the demands of any industry. We use advanced types of welding systems including spot, thermal heliarc plasma, TIG, MIG and laser. We also offer robotic welding cells that ensure an added level of precision and repeatability.
We offer a wide range of surface treatments for stainless steel products, such as polishing, brushing, electroplating, laser-engraving, etc.

Q: Could you make customized products based on our drawings?
A: Yes, we specialize in making customized sheet metal products according to clients’ drawings. Besides, we have an experienced engineer team, and usually work with Solidwork, AutoCad, ProEngineer softwares.
Q: Can you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?
A: Yes. We always keep our customers’ product details and designs confidential. We are glad to sign NDA agreement. Customers’ trust is very important to us.
Q: What is your MOQ? Do you make prototypes?
A: Usually we don’t set MOQ, but the more, the cheaper. Besides, we are happy to make prototypes before mass production.
Q: How much for sample? Is it refundable?
A: Usually sample fee is three times of batch unit price and it will be returned during mass production.
Q: How to ensure the quality of the products?
We can provide quality reports, pictures and/or videos of the production status as per your requests. If you contract a third-party inspector, we will also be glad to cooperate.
Q: How long is your turnover time?
A: It depends on the quantity and difficulty of products. Usually our turnover time is 30 days.
Q: Could you help us with warehousing?
A: Sure, we have plenty of space in our factory and we are glad to make full use of it by warehousing products for customers.
Q: Could you deliver cargo to door?
A: Yes, we have several regular forwarders to handle shipment for us.
